환불정책
1. 결제와 환불의 처리 주체
돌이킴의 구독 결제는 Apple App Store 를 통해 이루어지며, 환불도 Apple 의 App Store 환불 정책에 따라 Apple 이 처리합니다. 회사는 결제 카드 정보를 보유하지 않으며 직접 환불을 실행할 수 없습니다.
2. 환불 신청 방법
Apple 기기에서 다음 중 한 가지 방법으로 신청할 수 있습니다.
① reportaproblem.apple.com 접속 → Apple 계정 로그인 → 해당 구독 선택 → 환불 요청
② 설정 → Apple 계정 → 미디어 및 구입 항목 → 구입 내역에서 요청
환불 승인 여부와 처리 기간은 Apple 의 정책에 따릅니다.
3. 구독 해지
구독 해지는 기기의 설정 → Apple 계정 → 구독에서 언제든지 할 수 있습니다. 현재 구독 기간이 끝나기 최소 24시간 전에 해지하면 다음 기간 요금이 청구되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제해도 구독은 해지되지 않습니다.
4. 무료 체험
최초 가입 시 3일 무료 체험이 제공되며, 결제수단 등록이 필요 없으므로 체험 종료 시 자동으로 요금이 청구되지 않습니다.
5. 법정 권리
관련 법령(전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 등)에 따라 이용자에게 보장되는 청약철회권 등 법정 권리는 이 정책으로 제한되지 않습니다.

Refund Policy
1. Who handles payments and refunds
Closer subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store, and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store refund policy. We never receive your card details and cannot issue refunds directly.
2. How to request a refund
On your Apple device:
a. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, choose the subscription, and request a refund; or
b. Settings → your Apple Account → Media & Purchases → Purchase History.
Whether a refund is granted, and how long it takes, is determined by Apple.
3. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time in Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next one. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
4. Free trial
New users get a 3-day free trial. No payment method is collected for the trial, so nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or withdrawal rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.
