이용약관
제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 솔트앤코드(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션 "돌이킴"(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (서비스의 성격)
서비스는 신앙적 회복을 돕는 개인 기록 도구입니다. 서비스는 교회의 예전·성례(회개·고해 등)를 대체하지 않으며, 의료·심리 상담·목회적 돌봄을 대신하지 않습니다. 깊은 상처나 심각한 어려움이 있는 경우 전문가 또는 목회자와 함께하시기를 권합니다. 위급한 경우 자살예방상담전화 109를 이용할 수 있습니다.
제3조 (계정)
① 서비스 이용을 위해서는 Apple, Google 또는 이메일 인증을 통한 계정 등록이 필요합니다. 별도의 비밀번호는 생성하지 않습니다.
② 계정은 본인만 이용해야 하며, 제3자에게 양도할 수 없습니다.
③ 이용자는 앱 내 설정에서 언제든지 로그아웃하거나 계정과 모든 기록을 삭제(탈퇴)할 수 있습니다.
제4조 (이용요금 및 무료 체험)
① 서비스는 유료 구독 서비스이며, 최초 가입 시 3일간 모든 기능을 무료로 체험할 수 있습니다. 무료 체험에는 결제수단 등록이 필요하지 않습니다.
② 무료 체험 종료 후 서비스를 계속 이용하려면 구독(월 3,000원, 부가세 포함)이 필요합니다. 가격은 App Store에 표시된 금액을 기준으로 하며, 국가·환율에 따라 다를 수 있습니다.
③ 구독은 자동 갱신되며, 현재 구독 기간이 끝나기 최소 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 다음 기간 요금이 청구됩니다.
④ 구독의 결제·갱신·해지는 이용자의 App Store 계정을 통해 이루어지며, 해지는 기기의 App Store 계정 설정에서 언제든지 할 수 있습니다.
⑤ 환불은 Apple의 App Store 환불 정책을 따릅니다. 관련 법령에 따라 이용자에게 보장되는 청약철회권은 이로 인해 제한되지 않습니다.
⑥ 무료 체험이 종료된 후에도 기존에 작성한 기록의 열람은 가능합니다.
제5조 (이용자의 기록과 권리)
① 이용자가 서비스에 작성한 기록의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다.
② 회사는 이용자의 기록을 광고·마케팅에 활용하거나 제3자에게 판매·제공하지 않습니다.
③ 기록으로 보관되는 자유 서술(상황·다짐)은 이용자의 기기에서 암호화되어 저장되며, 회사는 그 평문을 알 수 없습니다.
④ 이용자가 적은 상황은 개인화된 기도문 생성을 위해 인공지능 처리 시에만 일시적으로 이용되며, 생성 후 별도로 저장되지 않고 인공지능 모델 학습에 사용되지 않습니다.
⑤ 인공지능 처리가 불가능한 경우(오프라인 등)에도 기기 내 기본 기도문으로 서비스가 제공됩니다.
제6조 (콘텐츠에 대한 안내)
① 서비스가 제공하는 기도문 등 콘텐츠는 신앙 생활을 돕기 위한 참고 자료이며, 특정 교단의 공식 입장을 대변하지 않습니다.
② 서비스는 성경 번역본의 본문을 수록하지 않습니다. 기도문과 문구는 성경의 이야기와 가르침에 근거하여 회사가 자체 작성한 표현입니다.
제7조 (금지 행위)
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다: 서비스의 역설계·복제·재배포, 비정상적 방법의 무료 체험 반복 이용, 법령 또는 공서양속에 반하는 목적의 이용, 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위.
제8조 (서비스의 변경·중단)
회사는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 내용을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 중대한 변경·중단 시 사전에 앱 내 공지합니다. 유료 이용 중 회사의 귀책으로 서비스가 중단되는 경우 관련 법령에 따라 처리합니다.
제9조 (면책)
① 회사는 천재지변, 기기 고장, 이용자의 귀책 사유로 인한 기록의 유실에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
② 계정을 삭제(탈퇴)하면 기록은 복구되지 않습니다.
③ 회사는 이용자가 서비스를 통해 얻은 정보로 인한 신앙적·정신적 판단의 결과에 대해 법적 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제10조 (약관의 변경)
회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 적용일 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)에 앱 내 공지합니다. 변경에 동의하지 않는 이용자는 이용을 중단하고 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
제11조 (준거법 및 분쟁 해결)
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며, 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 민사소송법상 관할 법원에 제소합니다.

이 약관은 2026년 8월 1일부터 적용됩니다.

Terms of Service
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Salt and Code (솔트앤코드) ("we", "us") covering your use of the mobile application Closer (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What Closer is — and is not
Closer is a private journaling tool that supports personal spiritual recovery.
It is not a substitute for the sacraments or ministry of a church, and it is not medical care, psychological treatment, counseling, or crisis support. If you are carrying deep hurt or serious difficulty, please walk through it with a qualified professional or a pastor.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline in your country right away. In the United States you can call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). Closer does not monitor what you write and cannot respond to emergencies.
3. Eligibility and your account
a. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, or older if your country sets a higher age for consenting to online services on your own.
b. Signing in requires Apple, Google, or email verification. We do not create or store passwords.
c. Your account is for you alone and may not be transferred to anyone else. You are responsible for keeping access to your device and sign-in method secure.
d. You can sign out, delete all of your records, or delete your account entirely at any time from Settings in the app.
4. Subscription, free trial, and auto-renewal
a. Closer is a paid subscription service. New users get 3 days of full access free. No payment method is required for the free trial.
b. To continue after the trial, a subscription is required: $2.99 per month, or the equivalent price shown in your App Store region. Prices may vary by country and currency, and applicable taxes may be added.
c. Your subscription renews automatically. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your Apple ID will be charged for the next period.
d. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are all handled through your Apple ID. You can cancel at any time in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
e. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store refund policy. We cannot issue refunds directly.
f. After a trial or subscription ends, you can still read the records you already created.
5. Your content and your rights
a. Everything you write in Closer belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it.
b. We do not use your records for advertising or marketing, and we do not sell them or hand them to anyone else.
c. Free-text entries (what happened, and your commitments) are encrypted on your device before they are stored. We hold only the encrypted form and cannot read the original text.
d. What you write about a situation is sent for AI processing only at the moment your prayer is generated. It is not stored afterward and is not used to train AI models.
e. If AI processing is unavailable — for example when you are offline — the Service still works using prayers built into the app.
6. About the content we provide
a. Prayers and other content in the Service are offered as an aid to personal faith. They do not represent the official position of any denomination or church.
b. The Service does not reproduce the text of any Bible translation. Prayers and phrases are our own wording, grounded in the narratives and teachings of Scripture.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service; abuse the free trial through repeated or artificial sign-ups; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with the operation of the Service or other users.
8. Changes to or discontinuation of the Service
We may change or discontinue features for operational or technical reasons. We will give notice in the app before any significant change or discontinuation. If a paid service is interrupted through our fault, we will handle it in accordance with applicable law.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
a. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
b. We are not responsible for loss of records caused by events outside our control, device failure, or your own actions. Deleting your account is permanent and records cannot be recovered.
c. We are not legally responsible for spiritual or personal decisions you make based on content in the Service.
d. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
e. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country, including statutory warranty and withdrawal rights in the EU/EEA and the UK.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post notice in the app at least 7 days before changes take effect, or at least 30 days in advance if the change materially disadvantages you. If you do not agree to the change, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA or the UK, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
